U-Line prints a chart of suction pressure, suction line, compressor discharge, condenser, capillary tube, evaporator and wattage for normal, overcharge, undercharge, partial restriction, complete restriction and no gas. The reading is taken against that, not against a feeling.

An undercounter unit built into joinery has to come out to be worked on, and go back in aligned. That time is real and it is quoted rather than absorbed.

The current range sells between about $1,900 and $6,200. On a fifteen-inch beverage center this repair is a large fraction of a new one, and you should hear that before you decide, not after.
